There’s no wrong answer, when considering whether an employer brand management programme should be a campaign or a long-term commitment. But, there are a lot of questions.
Campaigns can have a major impact by achieving cut through, generating interest and engagement, and driving awareness of specific programmes or events. Long-term commitments can help shift the culture of an organisation to achieve a bigger impact on the bottom line, to ensure sustainable hiring and retention practices and to build the overall reputation of a business. It’s up to employer brand management professionals to determine what their organisation requires from a cultural, recruitment or engagement programme.
