Jonathan is a storyteller and corporate communications leader with two decades of international experience. His expertise is in helping companies communicate their value and leadership to key stakeholders across business and society.
He is currently tasked with establishing IBM’s new European Content & Storytelling Hub and transforming the company’s communications approaches using richer, more personalised content experiences.
Focused on the intersection of technology and society, Jonathan has built his career in the world’s fasting-moving markets - from Warsaw & Moscow where he was responsible for establishing IBM’s communications function in Central & Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS; to Nairobi where he introduced the world to IBM Research-Africa; to Beijing where he showcased IBM’s leadership in air pollution management.

David Benigson is the CEO and Founder of Signal AI, a fast growing UK artificial intelligence company creating pioneering AI solutions to enable better decision making. Signal AI has 150 employees globally with offices in London, NYC and HK, and has raised $50m in venture capital to date. David believes AI is one of the most exciting and significant technological developments of our time and has been recognised for his innovative approach to AI being personally nominated formally as a Forbes 30 under 30 and KPT Business Leader of Tomorrow.

Tom’s worked in communications since 1997, partnering with some of the world’s most ambitious employers on varied attraction and engagement projects, across more than 30 countries, work that has received multiple awards along the way. Brand building and the role that has on delivering organisational reputation is a particular interest, as is the role of employer brand deployment beyond talent acquisition into employee engagement and advocacy. Bieneosa Ebite, a seasoned public relations professional, works as Group Deputy Head of Corporate Communications at Centrica, a leading international energy services and solutions provider and owner of British Gas. Her role involves helping to deliver the Group's corporate communications strategy and associated engagement. This includes managing communications around the financial calendar and supporting the Group CEO’s external communications.

Amr Elrawi is an award-winning commercially focused and data-driven marketer, with over 20 years of experience in Telecom, Technology, Financial Services, and Sports.
Amr is Director Marketing Strategy at Oracle. In his current role he helps Sports, Telco and FS organisations to develop marketing strategy to drive growth and commercial value.
Before joining Oracle, he was the Head of Acquisition for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, focusing on growing and engaging fans using Data and Marketing Solutions to drive commercial value. He also spent 4 years at Barclaycard driving digital transformation programme. Earlier he spent 5 years at Cisco, leading London 2012 digital sponsorship, and 10 years at Vodafone where he held a number of positions in Service, Communications, Sales
He also holds an MBA degree from Warwick Business School.

Barbara Hahn (*1981, DE), studied Visual Communication at Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd (DE) and Hochschule der Künste Bern (CH). 2008 foundation of the graphic design studio Hahn+Zimmermann in Bern focusing on projects in communication design, information graphics and design research for national and international clients. Moreover self-initiated projects with an artistic and enquiring approach with regard to design specific issues and the interface to other disciplines within the Hahn+Zimmermann Lab. Regular speaker at conferences and frequent teaching activity in the field of information graphics at design schools and in companies.
Chief creative officer and co-founder
Mark co-founded tonic with the core purpose of creating wonderful work that works. 8 years as the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer he’s worked nationally and internationally with brands across a variety of sectors, from professional services, retail, armed forces, charities, law to pharma, construction, travel and banking. He believes deeply that data, and behavioural science unlocks creativity, enabling it to become even more effective. He’s developed corporate, employer brands and value proposition frameworks for large international business, as well as national and independent organisations. He’s created digital experiences, events, films and created integrated campaigns that have changed minds and influenced reputations. He’s helped tonic win 86 awards, 8 Grand Prix and tonic has been recognised as agency of the year three times.

Stanislas oversees digital corporate communications for the Coca-Cola Company in Western Europe.
Stanislas notably oversees corporate content strategies for the company’s owned digital & social channels as well as social media listening and engagement operations across the region.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola in 2013, Stanislas was head of Social&Digital- EMEA at MSLGroup, part of the PublicisGroup. While at Publicis (2002-2013) in France, Stanislas managed a dedicated team of digital specialists, advising blue chip clients and institutions on digital influence and social media strategies.
Stanislas started his career in Washington D.C. in 2000, in the then-nascent field online issues management, honing his skills and passion for all things digital (even after the .com "revo-plosion“). A long decade of frenetic blogging ensued…

Meglena is a Managing Director at Finsbury Glover Hering and spearheads the integration of digital content, digital reputation and online communications programmes. She advises organisations preparing for major transactions, those seeking to deliver their narrative to stakeholders through smart use of digital and data as well as entities facing crisis situations. Her expertise is in assisting clients facing corporate communications challenges navigate the opportunities and risks of the online world.
Head of visual identity and content creation
Mike launched new brand strategy and communications agency Boldspace in the middle of 2020 on the back of a belief that agencies today were failing to use data and technology to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients. He believes more strongly than ever that the most ambitious and fast-growing businesses of the future need to merge creative and data together to drive growth.
Mike is an experienced communications professional, having devised strategy and campaigns for brands large and small. He has worked both agency and client-side, having previously been Managing Director at ENGINE I MHP, Executive Director at Cicero Group, in-house at Betfair, and started his career on political campaigns in the United States.

James is Director of Digital Performance at Refinitiv, a global provider of financial markets data and infrastructure. As part of the Digital Marketing team, he drives the Global strategies for SEO, PPC, testing, personalisation and analytics. James is a results-driven leader with a proven track record for increasing performance on digital marketing channels with over ten years’ experience working for high profile companies and clients in the UK. He has a breadth of experience in marketing having worked both agency side and in-house.

Supreet has more than 14 years’ experience in corporate affairs and communications and is currently the Head of Communications at TSB responsible for colleague communications and media relations. Prior to joining TSB, Supreet led media communications at one of Australia’s largest banks, Westpac, and previously led comms and external affairs at QBE Insurance.
