Estera Anghelescu is the Recruiting and Employer branding director at Kaufland, with over 20 years of experience in the field. She has played a key role in the company's expansion into the Romanian and Moldovan markets since the opening of its first stores. Thanks to the innovative projects she has implemented, she has won numerous international awards. In 2022, she was recognized as the Global Employer Brand Leader of the Year by Kantar and Employer Branding Professional of the Year by Evensys. Since May 2023, she has also served as the Vice President of the Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce, committing to promoting diversity and inclusion both within the company and in society.

His career has taken him on various adventures, including pitching to Disney in Orlando, working on recruitment campaigns for secret government stuff (he's not allowed to mention,) and riding a giant polystyrene battering ram into an international bank, all in the name of creative communication. Prior to her current position, Fanny used to occupy various roles across HR (Global HR, employee experience, D&I, corporate responsibility) as well as in the business consulting industry.

Known for blending strategic and creative thinking, Kerri meticulously designs brand guidelines that marry beauty with functionality. Kornelia is an experienced employer branding professional who worked on brands from small startups to corporations with thousands of colleagues. Kornelia joined TUI in 2023 to help launch the company's now award-winning employer brand. Before that she developed and launched the first global employer branding and EVP for global mobility tech company, Flix. She loves good storytelling and helping people find their voice and courage to tell their authentic stories. She's a techie in disguise who is always interested in new solutions to provide an excellent experience for candidates and colleagues alike.

She joined TUI as Global employer brand manager in January 2022, to lead the post-pandemic EVP and employer branding strategy for the global tourism group.  Nathalie has previously worked in market-focused and global roles within BMW Group and Airbus. Her key achievements include leading an Award-winning EVP for TUI, setting up BMW Group UK’s HR marketing function and implementing Airbus’ EVP across different locations in four continents.

Nimai Swaroop

A thought leader in his field, Nimai has held various global leadership positions in large organisations bringing experience having worked in people and culture over the last 20 years. During this time, he has lead employer branding and talent acquisition in addition to wider people transformation programmes, winning numerous industry awards. 

Currently Nimai leads employer branding for Coca-Cola HBC and prior to this he was at Philip Morris since 2018 leading employer branding and cultural transformation across the group. Previous to that Nimai worked at Diageo where he led global talent acquisition having moved from the British Army where he also led talent acquisition and employer branding for the Army.  Nimai worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland as their global head of employer branding and then head of diversity in 2010. Nimai started out in the TA and employer branding space in 2005 with Shell where he led employer branding for the group. In his early career, Nimai worked in numerous commercial and marketing roles for Centrica PLC.
