Chloe Milham is an Employee Experience Partner at Thales UK, and is currently leading the transformation of their UK HR Policies. Chloe specialises in shaping simple solutions out of complex problems, and embraces change- She has honed her skills with a decade of experience spanning manufacturing, project management, and HR. She is passionate about collaborative working, design thinking and creating engaging solutions that make a real difference to employees – personally and professionally. Being part of an award-winning team is the cherry on top of her career sundae!
Henry Davies is the Founder of 106 Communications, an award-winning internal comms and employer branding agency. A former journalist (and English Teacher,) he loves working with brands to help them create and tell their purpose, engage their people and grow the reputation of the organisation.
In her four years at H&H Kelly has worked across a smorgasbord of clients covering mining, retail, finance and pharmaceuticals. Spending much of her time developing IC strategies and engagement campaigns targeted at hard-to-reach employees, just like those at British Transport Police. No matter the internal communications challenge, there’s nothing Kelly loves more than crafting science-backed solutions that transcend location, language and literacy barriers.

May is responsible for the delivery and leadership of internal communications for BTP’s 5,100 people across England, Scotland and Wales (c.160 locations). She is a multi-award-winning Internal Communications leader who has reached the top of the Internal Communication profession at considerable pace through consistently demonstrating communications excellence, exceeding C-suite expectations, and delivering measurable change. A problem-solver and creative at heart, May has extensive and deep experience in transformation – cultural, technological and operational – and comfortably navigates ambiguity and changing outcomes. May has led turnaround communications for performance – supporting organisations to make significant and sustained improvement.
Head of communications and engagement
Lee is currently head of communications and engagement at Arriva UK Bus having spent several years leading Change Communications within the Arriva Group. In addition to delivering Arriva UK Bus’s internal communications and engagement strategy, Lee also sits on the Arriva Pensions Governance Committee and is Chair of the Arriva UK Bus EDI Council. Prior to working in public transport, Lee has also worked in the automotive, retail, leisure and not-for-profit sectors.

In a career spanning 25+ years, Nick has spearheaded award winning creativity for businesses such as Pepsico, Asahi, Marriott, JTI and Pernod Ricard. From integrated marketing to internal corporate comms, he has been fortunate enough to work with extraordinary people to deliver strategic and emotionally resonant campaigns that deliver business and brand goals
Head of internal communications
Paul has worked in internal communications for over 20 years. Having learned his trade at Barclays, he has since worked at a range of businesses in a number of sectors. Most notably, he was the IC lead on the merger between T-Mobile and Orange that led to the creation of EE. Following this, he joined RBS to work on the separation of the insurance division and the subsequent flotation of the Direct Line Group. As well as these businesses, he’s led the IC functions of Rolls-Royce PLC, Elsevier (a division of RELX PLC) and is currently the head of IC at Santander UK PLC.
Lead behavioural designer
Rich has a unique blend of behavioural design, user experience and strategy. He’s particularly interested in the intersection between UX design and the application of behavioural science. At Cowry, Rich combines his experience at Trainline as a UX expert and Creative Producer with an academic rigour earned from completing an MSc in Behavioural Decision Science.

Roger has worked as a creative professional, helping organisations and businesses communicate with people for three decades. His career has taken him on various adventures, including pitching to Disney in Orlando, working on recruitment campaigns for Mi5 and Mi6, and riding a giant polystyrene battering ram into an international bank, all in the name of creative communication.
Head of behavioural architecture
Sarah has always been fascinated by human behaviour and has been studying psychology and decision-making for over ten years. As Head of Behavioural Architecture, it’s Sarah's job to utilise that passion for behavioural science and translate her knowledge and experience into practical business solutions that enhance both customer and employee experience. Prior to joining Cowry, Sarah studied Psychology at the University of Birmingham, before obtaining a Masters Degree in Behaviour Change from UCL. She then worked for a market strategy & insight consultancy, primarily helping advance their application of behavioural science through research and training.
