CASUAL FILMS ACQUIRES ASIA PACIFIC VISION (APV)

London based production agency Casual Films expands into Asia with acquisition of Hong Kong content strategy and production agency.

Global content production agency Casual Films is expanding into Asia with the acquisition of leading content strategy agency Asia Pacific Vision (APV). Casual Films was founded in 2006 and some of its office locations include New York, Los Angeles, and Barcelona.

APV is based in Hong Kong and serves multi-national companies in Asia-Pacific and beyond.

“The pandemic has made video content more important than ever. Our clients need more video, faster and better than ever before.” Says Casual Films Managing Director, Lydia Chan.

On the agency’s future, Casual Films CEO Nick Francis says: “Global efficiencies, with capabilities, backed by cutting edge technology and excellent staff are at the centre of our strategy for 2030 and beyond. This deal opens up the whole of the Far East for us.”
