Comms consultancy Redefining Communications is continuing its expansion with the appointment of employee experience strategist, Lucy Kemp.
Consultancy Redefining Communications is expanding its team with the appointment of Lucy Kemp as employee experience strategist. Kemp has a background in both internal communications and employee experience.
Kemp has been working on client projects for Redefining Communications for five months, including for clients such as the NHS and BAE Systems. She now joins on a full-time basis.
Jenni Field, Redefining Communications founder, says: “We’ve grown significantly as an organisation since we launched in 2017 and are continuing to expand with consultancy projects in the US.
“Lucy brings significant experience of building strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders. And, like me, she isn’t afraid of having those difficult conversations to move a situation forward.”
