ADOBE FUNDS CHARITY PROJECT LAUNCHED TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO CREATIVE INDUSTRIES

Adobe is providing financial support to Creative Futures, a workshop opening doors to the creative industry for those affected by homelessness.

Adobe is funding Creative Futures, a project launched by charity Accumulate: The Art School for the Homeless. The project is intended to improve access to the creative industry for those affected by homelessness, with the hope of securing tangible work opportunities for attendees.

Creative Futures is a two-day workshop taking place on 20th July and 27th July 2022, in Shoreditch, London. It will take the form of a job fair, with attendees having the chance to network with creative industry professionals.

Industries involved in the workshop include the design, illustration, publishing, architecture, and podcasting sectors, which are hoping to connect with ‘hard to reach’ groups and a diverse talent pool.

The project’s possible work experience opportunities include placements, shadowing, and advanced apprenticeships.
