Most notably, he was the IC lead on the merger between T-Mobile and Orange that led to the creation of EE. Following this, he joined RBS to work on the separation of the insurance division and the subsequent flotation of the Direct Line Group. As well as these businesses, he’s led the IC functions of Rolls-Royce PLC, Elsevier (a division of RELX PLC) and is currently the head of IC at Santander UK PLC.
