Shortlist for inaugural AI Comms Awards revealed

  • Digital & Video

Launched earlier this year to recognise excellence in the fast-evolving field of AI-led communications, the awards programme has attracted entries from communications teams across the globe. The shortlisted work spans campaigns, internal communications strategies, ethical AI implementation, stakeholder engagement and reputation management.

The programme arrives at a moment when AI has shifted from speculative boardroom conversation to an operational reality; communications teams are now expected not only to understand the technology, but to shape how organisations speak about it.

Among the shortlisted entries are projects focused on transparency and trust-building, alongside those demonstrating the efficiencies and creative possibilities AI can offer corporate communicators. Andrew Thomas, founder of the awards, said the calibre of entries reflects the speed at which the sector is adapting. “The response to the inaugural AI Comms Awards has exceeded expectations.”

“The shortlist highlights the breadth of innovation taking place across corporate communications, but also the growing emphasis on ethics and trust. AI is no longer just a conversation topic; it is reshaping the way communications professionals work today.”

Judging was carried out by a panel of communications leaders and technology specialists who assessed entries on creativity, effectiveness and measurable impact.

Winners will be announced at a ceremony in London later this year, where senior communications professionals and agency leaders are expected to gather to discuss the future of AI in the industry. To join us, book your place here or contact Lola Awoderu at [email protected]
