The Corporate & Financial Awards have opened for 2026, marking the programme’s 15th year with a continued focus on the standards and evolution of City communications.
As corporate reporting adapts to shifting expectations, from investors and asset managers to analysts and broader stakeholder groups, the programme positions itself as a benchmark for clarity, rigour and engagement across the financial sector. It highlights how organisations are refining their communications strategies at a time when transparency and accountability remain under scrutiny.
The awards recognise work that meets complexity with both precision and originality. Judges have noted a steady rise in entries that respond to changing demands with innovation, particularly as communications teams take on a broader remit that includes employee wellbeing alongside shareholder interests.
Reflecting this breadth, the judging panel draws from across the City, with senior figures from organisations including Lloyds Banking Group and London Stock Exchange Group contributing sector expertise.
Andrew Thomas, publishing editor of Communicate magazine, said the programme has tracked a notable shift in the discipline over the past decade. “Corporate reporting and reputation management have all matured considerably,” he said. “The awards continue to reflect the range and quality of that work, with entries demonstrating increasingly precise and engaging approaches to communication across the City.”
Submissions are now open, with a final deadline of 10 July 2026. An early-entry discount is available until 15 May.
