The Good Business Charter (GBC) has partnered with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) to provide guidance on employee-focused business practices.

The collaboration will support UK organisations on areas including pay, wellbeing, equality, employee voice and people management. CIPD will act as GBC’s component partner for its employee-focused principles, offering resources and practical support for employers.

Founded by Julian Richer, the GBC sets standards for responsible business. The CIPD, with over 160,000 members worldwide, brings expertise in HR and workplace development to the partnership.
