Havas to guide European Commission comms framework
Havas, a global communications group headquartered in Paris, has been selected under the European Commission’s new framework contract to support communication initiatives for its main Directorates-General over the next five years.

The contract covers strategic communication missions across EU Member States and beyond. Havas will provide guidance on major public policies, including employment, health, justice, defence, economic and social transitions, as well as initiatives to promote European values and the rule of law.
The group will draw on its European agency network and international capabilities, coordinated by its Paris teams, to combine pan-European strategic oversight with local operational expertise. Havas’ integrated model brings together strategic, creative and media expertise to support clear and accessible communication of EU policies.
