Insignia becomes an employee ownership trust

Crisis communication consultancy, Insignia, has announced its transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

While the firm’s leadership and day-to-day operations remain the same, the move to EOT will ensure the company’s long-term independence and ensure Insignia’s clients continue to benefit from their crisis planning expertise.
