INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS AND ENGAGEMENT AWARDS 2025 WINNERS ANNOUNCED

  • Updates

Continuing to celebrate the importance of clarity and creativity within businesses, the 2025 Internal Communications and Engagement Awards has again raised the bar for excellence in the sector.

For another year, the 2025 Internal Communications and Engagement Awards has set the benchmark for excellence in corporate communications. This awards programme, now in its seventh year, provides recognition to the vital work of an invaluable, but sometimes overlooked, sector.

“Internal communications is often an unsung force within organisations and, as I’ve heard countless times at industry events, professionals in the field frequently express concerns over their lack of recognition and limited resources,” says Rebecca Pardon, editor at Communicate magazine. “Yet, this awards programme continues to shine a spotlight on the creativity, impact and value internal communicators bring to businesses.”

As proven by tonight’s spectacular event, internal communications teams are increasingly seen as hubs of creativity and strategic influence. A campaign by Marriott International and Remarkably was this year’s Grand Prix winner, and used an immersive experience to demonstrate the impact of emerging technologies on its workforce. This initiative, designed to introduce staff to the world of opportunities newly open to them, was a standout example of how the sector is evolving today.
