Muck Rack's Raina Lazarova re-elected AMEC chair

Muck Rack has announced that Raina Lazarova, vice president of global insights, has been re-elected chair of AMEC for a second two-year term through to 2028.

The announcement was made at the AMEC Global Summit in Dublin, where the software company also confirmed it has retired the Ruepoint brand, bringing its global media intelligence services under a single name.
Muck Rack acquired Ireland-based media intelligence company Ruepoint in January last year, adding AI-assisted analysis and insights to its PR platform.
Lazarova said the industry must move beyond “counting coverage” and focus on measurement tied to business outcomes, as AI reshapes communications and media analysis.
