For many companies, the people behind the brand are every bit as important as the customers they serve. Employees are not only an organisation’s most valuable asset, but also its most visible ambassadors. When a business communicates well with its internal audience, the rewards are tangible: stronger engagement, greater cohesion and, often, a healthier bottom line.

To recognise the importance of this discipline, Communicate magazine celebrates the best in internal communications with its Internal Communications and Engagement Awards, shining a light on the craft of keeping teams informed, inspired and aligned, and on the creativity that drives connection within the workplace.

A panel of seasoned internal-communications experts will evaluate entries across a range of categories, from ‘Best Ongoing Commitment to Internal Communications’ and ‘Best Intranet’ to ‘Best Internal Communications in a Crisis’ and ‘Best Innovation’. There are also honours for standout individuals and teams, including ‘Internal Communicator of the Year’, ‘Team of the Year’ and ‘Business Leader of the Year’.

Entries are welcome from anyone who has played a hand in shaping a thoughtful, effective communications strategy, in-house teams and agencies alike.
