He specialises in building engagement and communications functions, leading complex change programmes, and creating multi-channel strategies that strengthen culture and employee voice.

A Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Communication and a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute, he is recognised for combining strategic thinking with creative storytelling to connect people to purpose, support wellbeing, and enable organisational performance.

Asha Constanza

Asha Constanza (She/Her) is a straight talking internal communications leader who believes great comms should make people feel, not yawn. With over 15 years’ agency and in house experience — including IC roles at ASOS, New Look, Clarks Shoes, Allianz Insurance and creative EX consultancy McCann Synergy — she’s delivered impactful employee experiences across a wide range of sectors.

Now Senior Manager for UK Internal Communications at Admiral Group, Asha leads a high performing team and brings strategic clarity, creativity and a healthy dose of “let’s cut through the noise” energy to every challenge. A Fellow of the IoIC, she’s known for her human centred thinking, her obsession with simple, powerful storytelling, her championing of bold ideas and comms that genuinely move people (plus her uncanny ability to spot fluff at 20 paces!)
Outside of work, she’s a proud mum who values balance, growth and the small everyday joys that make the juggle worthwhile.

With 20 years of experience, Mina has created internal communications for brands like Centrica, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Parkinson’s UK and RollsRoyce. At Ofcom, she adapted communications during Covid to keep people connected. She helped develop an award-winning career and leadership programme for online harms regulation and recently established the internal communications function at ITRS Group.

Steve Hayes

Steve has more than a decade of experience leading communications for not-for-profit organisations. After transitioning from newspaper journalism to PR, he led award-winning transformations for large entities. Since 2014, Steve has worked in the social housing sector, overseeing communications for the Chartered Institute of Housing and leading communications at major social housing providers.

A trustee at the MS Trust, Jo was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2010 and is a passionate advocate for disabilities. She led the awardwinning ‘The Elephant’ campaign for Bupa’s 2021-2024 strategy and is now preparing for its next phase.

Lyndsay is currently Senior Internal Communications Business Partner at Santander UK leading a team supporting corporate and leadership communications across the business. She works closely with the People team on employee engagement and bringing to life the Employee Value Proposition across a variety of work setting includes offices-based people, branches and call centres. Lyndsay recently completed the IoIC MA in Internal Communications Management and became a fellow of the IoIC earlier this year.
