Audience Collective, an independent marketing group, appointed Simon Price and Kathryn Ellis to help lead and grow their new agency, AC Media.
Simon Price has been appointed as Group Managing Director to lead and grow AC Media, while Kathryn Ellis has been made Group Strategy Director to lead and oversee the communication strategy team at AC Media.
AC Media will help deliver new creative campaigns geared towards making an impact. They will make use of creative strategy and data to make these campaigns.
Simon Price, Group Managing Director, has over 30 years of experience leading media agencies, previously working on campaigns for brands such as Hotels.com and Sky Betting and Gaming.
Price said “Right now, there’s a ‘wallpaper problem’ in media. Everything looks and feels the same and we know that challenger brands can’t afford to blend in; they need to stand out, surprise, and deliver that genuine ‘wow’ factor every single time.”
Kathryn Ellis, Group Strategy Director, brings two decades of experience to the role, having created campaigns for Halifax, Plusnet, Pink Lady and Motability.
Ellis said “I have worked in some of the UK’s largest agencies as a strategist, seeing first-hand the shift in communication strategies. Today’s challenger brands can’t simply buy growth, they have to earn it. That’s where AC Media comes in, helping brands be smarter, bolder, and more creative with their media.”
