The British Chambers of Commerce has appointed Tim Snowball as director of communications and public affairs, starting mid-September.

Tim Snowball joins British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) from MHP Group, FleishmanHillard and PHA Group, bringing over a decade of experience in public affairs and political communications. He replaces Balshen Izzet, who moved to No 10 in June.

Snowball, former director of communications for the Liberal Democrats, will lead BCC's media, marketing and advocacy efforts. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
