Lucy Doubleday has just been promoted to UK managing director at We Are Social, a global creative agency with clients such as Adidas, Samsung, Netflix and Google.

Doubleday has worked for We Are Social previously as operations director and managing partner, implementing initiatives like a mentorship programme and a menopause policy, as well as helping drive the agency’s ED&I Charter for Change. 

In Doubleday's new role, she will work with a team of five across client services, hoping to promote growth in both existing and new business opportunities. 

Jim Coleman, the agency’s UK CEO, says Doubleday has been an important member of We Are Social, helping to expand the company throughout the years.
