We specialise in producing short dramas for social impact. These are not training films; these are films designed to emotionally connect with an audience through the power of film and authentic storytelling. It is through this connection people and organisations can find their own solutions.
Walk us through the creative process. How do you take a new project from an initial idea to delivery?
It all starts with the research. Interviewing experts and people with a lived experience to find an insight and consequently the story. We also embrace co-production, working closely with people with lived experience to shape the story, help with casting and sign off on the final film.
Tell us about a recent project you are particularly proud of.
We have just completed a film on fathers' Mental Health for the Institute of health visiting. It is a film that doesn't shy away from the reality of the experience for fathers and really packs a punch. It is due to be launched in June.
Looking ahead, what do you see as the biggest trends in corporate video over the next few years?
I think we are moving into a world were the lower end work has gone. Clients are now turning to production companies for higher end work - this is good news for the industry. Equally the industry has broadly been democratised, so there is less division between the big commercials and the work coming out of the corporate video sector.
Any predictions, objectives and plans for the upcoming 6-12 months?
Our plans are to continue working with a core clients and expand our approach to film making to different sectors.
