Give us a brief overview of your agency. What sets you apart in the corporate video space?

At NRG, we craft relatable content rooted in a deep understanding of your 'buyer and talent journeys', guiding your prospects smoothly through each stage while strengthening their connection to your brand. Our strategic approach transforms potential prospects into loyal customers through engaging, high-quality productions that drive real business growth.

Walk us through the creative process. How do you take a new project from an initial idea to delivery?

At NRG Studios, quality, timeliness, and client success are at the forefront of everything we do. We achieve this by implementing a robust workflow which combines meticulous planning, clear communication and a commitment to excellence. Our team collaborates closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver results that align with their vision.

Key milestones are established from the outset to ensure deadlines are consistently met. We utilise effective project management tools to monitor progress, keeping every phase on track while maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout. Our comprehensive quality control process is integral to this commitment. Each project undergoes rigorous checks at every stage, from concept to delivery. This includes peer reviews, client feedback loops and final approvals to ensure every detail is perfect.

Looking ahead, what do you see as the biggest trends in corporate video over the next few years?

The most significant trend shaping our sector over the next several years will be the realignment of creative agencies in response to the unrelenting wave of AI platforms, apps and continual product releases. The AI hype machine is loud and only getting louder. Yet amid the buzz, the real work lies in cutting through the noise: educating in-house teams and clients, staying grounded in creative fundamentals and ensuring AI adds genuine value, not just flash.

Any predictions, objectives and plans for the upcoming 6-12 months?

This year is all about leveraging the brilliant work we did in 2024, re-positioning, re-branding, tweaking the name of the business and developing our messaging and finding our spearhead: the brilliant work we want to be known for.

We will continue to develop our in-house AI capabilities, streamline our process and ensure we are always looking at new creative ways to bring our client messages to life and deliver the greatest value. Above all, we remain committed to delivering exceptional value, ensuring our creative services not only meet expectations, but consistently exceed them.
