Give us a brief overview of your agency. What sets you apart in the corporate video space?

We’re Serial Box Studios, and we’re all about video series, because your audience is, too.

In a world full of one-off videos, we focus on content that builds over time. Series give businesses more space to tell their story, connect with people, and actually hold attention. They’re better for nuance, better for impact, and better for ROI. Whether it’s internal comms or brand storytelling, we help companies make content people want to come back to.

Walk us through the creative process. How do you take a new project from an initial idea to delivery?

We think the traditional creative process is broken. We're rethinking our entire creative process to make projects more affordable for clients, easier to get stakeholder buy-in and demonstrate clear business results.

Tell us about a recent project you are particularly proud of.

We’re in the middle of building something we’re really excited about: our new Serial Box Internal Comms Strategy Studio. It’s a blend of video production and comms consultancy, designed for internal teams. We’ve developed it alongside internal comms professionals to make sure it addresses real challenges, not just creative fluff.

Right now, we’re rolling it out with a few forward-thinking clients and putting it through real-world testing. The early feedback has been great. It’s all about helping companies turn their internal films into something people aren't just obliged to watch but really want to watch.

Looking ahead, what do you see as the biggest trends in corporate video over the next few years?

Entertainment. It's not enough to just have a nicely produced video, you need to give people a reason to watch. Make it fun. Make it curious. Make it entertaining. That's a significant shift for many risk-averse organisations, but it will pay dividends for those who can make it work within their company.

Any predictions, objectives and plans for the upcoming 6-12 months?

We have big plans for the next 12 months. We're rebranding to Serial Box Studios, re-positioning into Series only and we're launching our Serial Box Internal Comms Strategy Studio product in H2.

Bringing this all to life, we've just hired a new internal comms senior producer and will be looking to hire a few other permanent roles soon. Part of launching this product is that we're also keen to find other forward-thinking internal comms teams who want to test it with us. If this sounds like something your team would be interested in, please get in touch.
