DOES AI KNOW YOUR EVP BETTER THAN YOU DO?

One consultancy is launching an AI platform designed to not only engage new talent, but to help existing teams understand their employer brand.

Engaging new talent is a long and delicate process, made harder by the time-consuming job of summarising your company's values and culture into concise, but seductive, media posts and job advertisements. AI platforms are stepping in to make the process easier.

Employer branding consultancy Reveal The Real has launched AI platform 'The Talent Palette' this month, designed to understand and convey your employer brand. Some companies are building their own in-house tools, such as homecare provider Cera, which claims to have reduced its recruitment screening costs by two-thirds after introducing AI tool Ami back in August.

LinkedIn research shows 93 per cent of recruiters are planning to increase their use of AI in 2026, but Reveal the Real founder Ben Phillips says its platform is valuable for not only conveying an employer brand, but helping internal teams to understand what their employee value proposition (EVP) really is. Strained internal teams "struggle to activate" their EVP consistently, he says.

Phillips attributes this to the typically small employer branding teams and a lack of creative expertise, adding that The Talent Palette can "bridge the gap" between the employer brand and how its communicated. "Companies know their employer brand, but they just can't get it in front of candidates in the right language and tone."

Tools emerging in talent recruitment have the ability to generate tailored job descriptions and advertisements, social media posts and even conduct interviews autonomously, a development which presents a challenge to the agencies typically offering advisory services in this space.
