Interactive and themed visuals helped small businesses better understand trends in delivery, returns and sustainability. The reports also boosted internal efficiency and communication, with tools for DHL teams to quickly access and share insights. The campaign saw a 6% rise in engagement and a 7% cost saving, strengthening DHL’s position as a trusted leader in eCommerce insights.

Judges thought the campaign showed a good understanding of DHL customers, praising the work as “very clear and appealing.”
