Hannah Boore

Hannah joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2008 and has been part of the Investor Relations team since 2014, where she focuses on delivering and enhancing the Group’s corporate reporting, including the production of the Annual Report and Accounts.

Prior to joining Investor Relations, Hannah held a variety of roles across the Group including Finance Business Partner for Commercial Banking and Group Operations. Her experience has provided her with a well-developed financial background combined with valuable experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prior to joining the Group, Hannah worked at Sumitomo Mitsubishi and Aviva. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her teenage twins and socialising with friends.

Angela Catlin

Angela Catlin is a seasoned Investor Relations and Communications professional with 15 years’ experience in Financial Services. Most recently Angela ran the investor relations and external communications programme at The Co-operative Bank in her role as Head of Investor Relations, Corporate Affairs and Brand, where she played a pivotal role in supporting on all communications related to the acquisition of the Bank by Coventry Building Society. Previous to joining The Co-operative Bank, Angela was an Associate Director within the Lloyds Banking Group investor relations team.

latterly heading up the IR and
communications for HarbourVest
Global Private Equity. With over
20 years of experience, Charlotte
brings a deep understanding of
both public and private markets,
offering valuable perspective in
her role.

Claire works strategically as an executive mentor and board advisor across a variety of sectors and organisations, supporting them to improve their governance, sustainability and reporting practices to enhance reputational value.

With more than 25 years of capital markets, finance and management consulting experience, Claire has extensive skills in developing growth, sustainability and governance renewal programmes. She regularly provides board learning and development programmes to upskill in governance, sustainability and reporting. Claire is an Executive Fellow at Kings College Business School, London as well as being an associate lecturer and PGR board member for Nottingham Business School.

Claire has NED experience in the listed, entrepreneurial, youth, health, charity, local authority as well as the wider public sector and she currently serves as the Chair of TechPixies.com.

Simon Gleadhill

Simon’s role at Howdens combines

technical reporting. He leads the
development of Howdens’ annual
report and sustainability report,
and the implementation of new
accounting standards. Simon
specialises in ESG, strategy and

sat on the advisory group for the
Financial Reporting Council’s
(FRC) recent project, The Future
of Corporate Reporting. He is

Jo Hardy

Jo is Director, Corporate Production at Standard Chartered, where she leads the delivery of the Group’s Annual and Half Year Reports, alongside key corporate communications initiatives. She joined the Bank in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles at bp and Pennon.

 

With nearly 20 years in corporate communications, Jo brings a unique blend of agency and client-side experience and has a proven track record of delivering high-impact corporate reporting and strategic communications. Before moving in-house, she spent several years at some of the industry’s leading reporting and communications agencies, supporting a diverse portfolio of global clients. Her breadth of experience gives her a deep understanding of strategic storytelling, stakeholder engagement and best-in-class corporate reporting.

home market. Prior to this,

Jon Schubin

Jon has more than 15 years of
experience at agencies focused
on finance, including more than
a decade with Cognito in both
New York and London. At Cognito,
he has a particular expertise in
designing and executing content
strategies. These run across
marketing and communications,
from social media and short form
to reports and white papers.
His focus is on creating material
that drives sales and builds
relationships. Jon holds the CFA
Certificate in ESG investing.
