Hannah Boore

Hannah joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2008 and has been part of the Investor Relations team since 2014, where she focuses on delivering and enhancing the Group’s corporate reporting, including the production of the Annual Report and Accounts.

Prior to joining Investor Relations, Hannah held a variety of roles across the Group including Finance Business Partner for Commercial Banking and Group Operations. Her experience has provided her with a well-developed financial background combined with valuable experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prior to joining the Group, Hannah worked at Sumitomo Mitsubishi and Aviva. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her teenage twins and socialising with friends.

Kate Aldridge

Kate Aldridge is a senior global communications executive with more than 20 years’ international experience advising CEOs, boards and leadership teams through periods of growth, transformation, transaction and reputational change. She is currently Global VP, Corporate Communications and Brand at Element Materials Technology, where she leads brand, internal and external communications strategy for a global testing, inspection and certification business operating across highly regulated markets. Kate has held senior leadership roles at Paysafe, Travelport, Affinion Group and TUI with responsibility spanning corporate reputation, employee engagement, media relations, investor communications, ESG, crisis management and major M&A and IPO communications, including listings on the New York Stock Exchange.

Rachel Cooper

Rachel has more than a decade of corporate affairs experience, in roles spanning media relations, digital communications, government affairs and corporate reporting, at the global biopharmaceutical company GSK.

In her current role as Editor, Company Narrative and Positioning, she is strengthening the articulation and integration of GSK’s corporate narrative across key channels including the Annual Report and the corporate website.

Before joining GSK, Rachel was a business reporter at The Daily Telegraph. She covered the healthcare industry and wrote the daily market report.

As part of a small award-winning communications team recognised for excellence in in-house corporate and financial communications, she supports external communications across multiple international markets, working closely with executives, colleagues, partners and media to help communicate key business developments. Her experience spans corporate reputation, industry related announcements, crisis, partnership and regulatory communications, giving her a broad understanding of the global gambling and technology sectors.

Simon’s most recent role as Head of Corporate, ESG and IFRS Reporting at Howden Joinery Group Plc combined best practice corporate and ESG reporting with accounting technical reporting.
He led the development of the award-winning Howdens annual report and sustainability report, and the implementation of new accounting standards. Simon specialises in ESG, strategy and business model reporting and is also a member of the Financial Reporting Council’s non-executive Advisory Panel.

With nearly 20 years in corporate communications, Jo brings a unique blend of agency and client-side experience and has a proven track record of delivering high-impact corporate reporting and strategic communications. Before moving in-house, she spent several years at some of the industry’s leading reporting and communications agencies, supporting a diverse portfolio of global clients. Her breadth of experience gives her a deep understanding of strategic storytelling, stakeholder engagement and best-in-class corporate reporting.

With over 20 years’ experience, spanning both in-house and agency communications, Lucie has advised senior executives and organisations on corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, crisis and issues management, and high-profile communications programmes. Prior to joining LSEG, she was a director at the international communications consultancy Citigate Dewe Rogerson, where she provided strategic PR counsel to companies across a range of sectors and markets, supporting clients on complex communications challenges and business-critical initiatives.

Andrew Widger

Andy is International Lead, Global Media Relations at biopharmaceutical company Pfizer Inc, managing the strategy and execution of corporate and therapy area media relations outside the US.

Since joining the UK communications team at Pfizer in 2006, Andy has held roles with increasing responsibility within Pfizer’s corporate affairs functions including his current role as lead company spokesperson for the international business.

Andy has led communications for over 30 years, across differing sectors and geographies, working with journalists, executives and leadership teams around the world to manage business, reputation and share price sensitive announcements, proactive media initiatives, and guide communications on numerous issues.

Prior to Pfizer, Andy held corporate communications management roles at media businesses – the BBC’s commercial arm and national news agency the Press Association – having previously ‘cut his teeth’ in agency at a time when press releases were issued by fax.
