Rosine Bebwa is a global campus engagement leader with 10 years of experience in Fortune 100 tech. At SAP, she leads the global governance, framework, and strategy for campus engagement and drives skills-led, inclusive Next Gen attraction across 30+ countries in EMEA & MEE.
Born in Congo and raised in Belgium, she holds a Master’s in Translation (English, French, Mandarin) and spent seven years living and working in China. Rosine blends strategy, data, and experience design to strengthen employer preference and build measurable pipelines. Based in the UK, she is married with two children and enjoys running, singing, and travelling.
Olha is an award-winning communications and employer branding leader, consultant and advisor with more than a decade of experience in strategic comms, employee engagement and PR. She is Communications Director and Board Member at IABC EMENA, where she supports communications across the region and contributes to the professional community. Previously, she was Vice President of Brand and Communications at Innovecs, where she led global marketing and communications initiatives. Named Leader of the Future at the Davos Digital PR Awards 2024, she also mentors emerging communications professionals.

With experience spanning employer branding, communications and marketing, Rhys currently works at LEGO Group, helping bring its employer brand and culture to life through storytelling and content. Prior to joining LEGO Group, he worked at EY, contributing to employer brand and talent attraction activity across a global professional services environment. Having started his career in marketing-focused roles, Rhys has developed a strong interest in digital engagement, social storytelling and employee advocacy, with a passion for creating authentic and people-focused brand experiences.
Mark Crompton is a senior Talent and HR leader with extensive experience across talent attraction, employer branding, and employment marketing in complex, highly regulated industries. As Vice President of Talent Attraction at Leonardo, Mark is responsible for shaping and delivering enterprise level talent strategies that enable business growth, capability build, and long term workforce sustainability.
In his role, Mark leads end to end talent attraction and employer branding across Leonardo’s UK operations, working closely with business leaders to secure critical skills in engineering, digital, and advanced technologies. He is passionate about building compelling employer propositions, strengthening early careers and academic partnerships, and ensuring Leonardo remains competitive in a global market for scarce and specialist talent.
Mark has a strong track record of integrating data driven workforce insight with creative employment marketing to enhance candidate experience, improve hiring outcomes, and reinforce organisational reputation. Noa Ferber is a senior global Talent Acquisition leader and Certified Digital Marketing Professional with 15+ years of experience specializing in recruitment marketing, sourcing, and talent engagement. Currently at PayPal, she leads the global Talent Attraction team, driving employer branding, multichannel campaigns, and pipeline development across the US, Europe, LATAM, APAC, and India. She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, partnering with executive stakeholders, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives. Noa is also a passionate career mentor, sharing practical guidance through her “Career Signs” and “Career Car Conversations” LinkedIn series.
Dulcie is a Director here at WeLove9am, a multi award-winning employer branding agency, though she’s less “corporate boardroom” and more “positively disruptive force”. With over 20 years in digital marketing, social and film production, she’s spent her career righting the wrongs of dull recruitment by producing award-winning campaigns for global blue-chip brands.
With a hybrid career spanning headhunting, recruitment, talent attraction and digital marketing, Michael has been delivering award winning employer brand programmes for over a decade.
He has led and supported employer branding initiatives across public and private sectors, including the NHS, AECOM and currently Accenture. He has a strong passion for real people storytelling to bring employer brand and EVP to life, allied with implementing measurable, impactful recruitment marketing and communications strategies that support business growth targets.
Rhian is the Global Head of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing at Haleon and has specialised in these areas for the past 21+ years. Her career has seen her work over several sectors to include Retail, FMCG, Technology and mobile comms. She has been a RADS judge and part of award-winning teams in the past five years. Rhian’s experience has seen her work across EVP activation, careers site implementation, Recruitment marketing content strategy and early careers attraction. At Haleon, Rhian leads on the global employer brand and Recruitment Marketing content strategy, candidate attraction which drives brand awareness and communicates key messaging pillars using innovating creative and activation on social channels.
Karolina Kubala is the Global Employer Branding & Talent Programmes Manager at Revolut, where she plays a pivotal role in the company’s hyper-growth. Joining Revolut five years ago when the team stood at 3,000, she has successfully scaled global EB initiatives to support the company’s expansion to over 15,000 employees worldwide. With over a decade of diverse experience shaping brand identities across the finance, business, and tech sectors, Karolina now leads Revolut’s global early careers employer branding team, shaping end-to-end talent programmes and attraction strategies across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and the Americas. Deeply passionate about linking external branding with authentic workplace culture, she focuses on bridging global corporate strategy with real employee experiences to drive scale and elevate the modern employee lifecycle.
Minea Leva is an Employer Brand Lead at Nordea, the largest financial services group in the Nordic region. She works across markets, shaping how the company attracts, engages, and retains future talent. Her work spans employer brand strategy, career site renewal, people-led content creation, candidate experience, employee ambassador communities, partnerships, and events.
With a background in recruitment and executive search, she combines strong talent insight with a strategic brand perspective. Minea has also worked with and consulted global brands such as Oura, Miro, and KONE, with a particular focus on data-informed employer branding, authentic storytelling, and high-impact, people-driven experiences.

Lidiya Nadych is a global Employer Brand Leader with more than 20 years of international experience across employer branding, employee experience, talent acquisition and organizational transformation. She has worked with global organizations including Zurich Insurance, UNOPS and JTI, partnering with senior leaders on culture, engagement and workforce-related priorities across complex matrix environments.
Throughout her career, Lidiya has led global employer branding, employee experience and employee engagement initiatives, designed EVP strategies, managed large-scale listening programmes and advised organizations on strengthening the connection between business strategy, culture and employee experience. Tom Pattison is an Employer Branding and Talent Strategy leader with extensive experience leading global employer branding initiatives to help attract and engage top talent at TikTok, ByteDance and Checkout.com. He began his career in creative and consultancy roles at Wiser and Kantar, and has partnered with brands including Nike, Just Eat, and Knight Frank to build compelling talent brands.
His work has been recognised with awards including Built In’s Best Employer Branding Campaigns Gold Award, and he is a regular speaker at events such as World Employer Branding Day and WeAreDevelopers World Congress. Tom is passionate about the power of employer branding to shape how organisations connect with talent.

Claudine Shacklock is an award-winning global marketing, communications and employer brand leader with more than 20 years’ experience building brands, driving audience engagement and delivering measurable business impact across multinational organisations. She currently leads Global Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing at Schneider Electric, where she oversees brand strategy, content, digital marketing, candidate engagement and talent attraction initiatives across more than 100 countries.
Prior to Schneider Electric, Claudine held senior leadership roles at Grab and other global organisations, leading transformational brand programmes, high-performing marketing teams and award-winning campaigns. Recognised for combining strategic vision with a data-driven approach, she specialises in building authentic brand narratives, creating demand generation strategies and aligning marketing and communications programmes to business growth objectives. Claudine is a passionate advocate for innovation, candidate experience and the evolving role of marketing in shaping organisational reputation and talent outcomes.
Gabriele is an experienced Talent Acquisition and IDEA professional, with a background across multiple industries, including retail and consumer goods. He is currently Director of IDEA & Talent Acquisition for EMEA at VF Corporation, the organization behind brands such as The North Face®, Vans®, Timberland®, Altra®, Napapijri®, Eastpak® and more.
In his role, he focuses on hiring strong talent across offices, retail, and distribution centres, while fostering a more inclusive and engaging workplace across the region. Gabriele brings experience from sectors such as cosmetics, apparel, and fashion, as well as consumer goods. Having worked in different European countries, he has developed a solid regional perspective and a strong understanding of diverse talent markets.
A thought leader in his field, Nimai has held various global leadership positions in large organisations bringing experience having worked in People & Culture over the last 20 years. During this time, he has lead Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition in addition to wider people transformation programs. winning numerous industry awards.
Currently Nimai leads Employer Branding for Coca Cola HBC and prior to this he was at Philip Morris since 2018 leading employer branding and cultural transformation across the group. Previous to that Nimai worked at Diageo where he led global talent acquisition having moved from the British Army where he also led talent acquisition and employer branding for the Army. Nimai worked for the Royal bank of Scotland as their global head of employer branding and then head of diversity in 2010. Nimai started out in the TA and employer branding space in 2005 with Shell where he led employer branding for the group. In his early career, Nimai worked in numerous commercial and marketing roles for Centrica Plc. in the UK.
