Booking terms and conditions

Once your booking has been processed, cancellation terms will apply.
Any bookings (tables or tickets) made by email (not via the website) are subject to the same terms and conditions as online bookings and emails will be taken as a written booking confirmations.

Invoices must be settled within 14 days. If this invoice has been raised less than 14 days before the awards event, it must be settled before the event itself.

All cancellations must be made in writing by email to michelle.manton@communicatemagazine.co.uk and a confirmation email will be sent to you. It is the booker’s responsibility to ensure that we have received the cancellation. Please keep a record of this confirmation in case of a query. Cancellations received up to 30 full working days before the event will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellations can be accepted after this date and full payment is due.

Communicate magazine cannot offer refunds due to a terrorist alert, act of God or the curtailment of public transport unless the event is cancelled.

Platinum table

  • Exclusive meet-and-greet table during the drinks reception
  • Table of 10 in the Platinum area (close to the stage)
  • Three-course dinner
  • Half a bottle of wine per person
  • Four bottles of mineral water
  • Celebratory bubbles to be served to your table during the awards presentation
  • Book of the Night for each table guest
  • Contact details and logo in the table plan booklet, taken home by all guests attending the event
  • Full page advertisement within the winners' book, taken home by all guests attending the event and available to download by visitors to the website
  • Thought leadership piece to run on www.communicatemagazine.com

Gold table

  • Entry to the pre-dinner drinks reception for all guests
  • Table of 10 in the 'gold area'
  • Three-course dinner
  • Half a bottle of wine per person
  • Four bottles of mineral water
  • Contact details and logo in the table plan, taken home by all guests attending the event
  • Half page advertisement in the book of the night, taken home by all guests attending the event and available to download when visiting the website.

Silver table
