Cision has acquired search intelligence platform Trajaan, expanding its AI capabilities and strengthening its consumer insights offering.

The acquisition brings Trajaan's search intelligence into Cision's portfolio, including Brandwatch, CisionOne and PR Newswire, combining search behaviour and generative-AI-driven discovery in a single ecosystem. Cision said the move will support more predictive insight for marketing and communications teams.

The deal builds on Brandwatch's partnership with Trajaan, announced in August 2025. No financial details were disclosed.
