Optimizely will be working on the development and rollout of Comprend's Opal AI platform.

The partnership will see Comprend collaborate directly with Optimizely's product teams, using insights from client deployments to inform development of Opal AI, the company's agentic AI platform for marketing teams.

Opal AI is designed to co-ordinate AI agents across content creation and analytics. Under the partnership, Comprend will work with Optimizely's product teams, using insights from client implementations to inform the development of Opal AI. 

Comprend has worked with Optimizely for over 25 years. Its clients include IKEA, L'Oréal, Ericsson and Centrica.
