BLADONMORE CREATES NEW OPERATIONAL STRUCTURES FOR INCREASINGLY GLOBALLY-FOCUSED CLIENT BASE

International communications consultancy, Bladonmore, reshuffles management structure and appoints Leonie Dixon as group operations director.

Bladonmore has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Leonie Dixon as group operations director, with an initial focus on the continued expansion and development of the firm’s US arm.

Bladonmore’s US operation was launched in 2019 and now contributes around 20 per cent of group revenue, supporting a range of new clients including EverestRe, Virgin Orbit, Stonepeak and Coinbase from the US, as well as long-term clients from Europe and the Gulf. Prior to Bladonmore, Dixon was director of Strategic Planning and Operations at MerchantCantos, part of Brunswick Group.

Richard Carpenter, CEO, says, “It’s been another positive year of growth for Bladonmore, including appointing first-class senior people who further bolster our offering and allow us to continue to deliver unparalleled service levels to our clients. And with increased remote working worldwide, we’ve seen the lines between our international offices blur more than ever before. We are investing in more seamless delivery for our international clients and inevitably want to strengthen our leadership team to deliver upon it – Leonie will play an instrumental role in this important operational shift.”

Leonie Dixon adds, “Bladonmore has long had an enviable client base. What is exciting is to join the business at a moment when so much more of the work crosses borders and involves supporting clients with multiple projects in different locations. It has never been more important for us to ensure we share a global mindset and that operations are completely joined up, as we continue to expand the agency’s international reach.”
