IMAGINATION APPOINTS TOM GRAY AS CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Global experience design company, Imagination, has announced Tom Gray’s appointment as chief strategy officer.

In this role, Tom will support Imagination’s CEO, Patrick Reid, the global leadership team and the strategy team as the business grows and evolves.

Tom Gray has joined Imagination from the world of innovation consulting, having been director at Fahrenheit 212 where he helped grow the European business, working with clients such as IKEA, Audi, HSBC and Diageo. He also continues to work with UK start-ups, including deep tech start-up FocalPoint Positioning, where he helped develop its product and go to market strategy and secure recent Series B Venture funding.

Tom has already played a key role as a consultant with Imagination over the last few months, helping to develop Imagination’s new positioning and offers, and working with teams across the network to deliver global projects and grow the client base.

One of Tom’s main responsibilities will be generating new business for Imagination, along with developing capabilities inhouse and through partnerships, and embedding creative tools and methodologies. He will also accelerate Imagination’s culture of Independent Creativity.
