INGENUITY ADDS NEW HIRES AND PARTNERSHIP

Tim Doust, Kirstin Ross-MacLeod and Georgina O’Grady join the team to support expansion, alongside partnership with Don’t Forget to Look.

Ingenuity announced a slew of appointments and a partnership with marketing procurement consultancy, Don’t Forget to Look, to aid its quest to better serve the agency and brand communities.  

Tim Doust, founder of R&D and FCB Inferno joins as non-exec director to support the business through ambitious growth plans. Bringing over 25 years of experience to the table, Tim will have a particular focus on taking Ingenuity’s intermediary division to the next level alongside managing partner Duncan Wood.

Kirstin Ross-MacLeod, previously client services director at Pablo has joined as business director. Kirstin will be responsible for senior client management on the Business Development team and will add capability to the growing intermediary division.

Joining as marketing operations manager, following roles at Kairos Media and GAME, Georgina O’Grady will be responsible for driving scale across the whole business. Georgina will be working closely with department heads to ensure that Ingenuity’s message is reaching the right audiences at the right time.

In addition to these hires, Ingenuity is also partnering with marketing procurement consultancy, Don’t Forget to Look, to bolster its marketing effectiveness services for brands and agencies. Don’t Forget to Look is headed up by Stuart Dunk, who brings 15 years’ brand-side marketing procurement experience including Nike and Danone, along with agency positioning and sales process work. The partnership will help brands and agencies excel in the modern marketing landscape by facilitating better commercial ‘win-win’ performance for both parties.
