Digital agency Hallam has appointed Julia Charlton to the position account management team lead, where she will head client experience for the agency’s largest accounts.

Digital agency Hallam has appointed Julia Charlton to account management team lead. In this role, Charlton will lead a team working on improving client experience while at the same time acting as strategic account director for some of Hallam’s largest accounts.

Prior to joining Hallam, Charlton spent 13 years working across senior marketing and client services roles, implementing strategic marketing solutions for a variety of businesses, from tanning brand St Tropez to Virgin’s Formula E race team.

“I’m extremely excited to take on the responsibility of leading the account management function at Hallam,” says Charlton. “It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining the agency and having the opportunity to build upon the unique experience that our clients receive when partnering with us is fantastic.

“My focus will be on continuing to develop our client experience in order to ensure satisfaction, long term retention and the growth of our client base. I look forward to seeing what we achieve as a team and hope to continue adding real value to our clients’ businesses.”
