HILLARY BROWN PROMOTED TO FORTY1 MANAGING DIRECTOR

Forty1 has promoted Hillary Brown, who was previously director of employee insights, to UK managing director.

Employment consultancy Forty1 has promoted Hillary Brown, who was previously director of employee insights, to UK managing director. Brown will lead Forty1’s multidisciplinary communications and engagement solutions for clients across industries such as healthcare, technology, automotive, mining and financial services. Forty1 is the employee engagement division of The Creative Engagement Group.

In this role, Brown will be driving growth and innovation across Forty1. She will lead a team of more than 25 talented engagement professionals with specialisms in internal communications, change management, culture transformation, DE&I and employee listening.

Brown joined Forty1 in 2021 as senior communications and engagement consultant, and later as director of employee insights. Previously, she has held roles at NatWest Group, including head of group campaigns and head of internal communications for NatWest Markets.
