Global CEO advisory firm Teneo is acquiring Tulchan Communications.

The acquisition of Tulchan Communications by global CEO advisory firm Teneo was announced on 10^th of January 2023. The deal sees Teneo strengthen its presence in the UK communications sphere. Tulchan, founded in 2000, has over 70 employees in London and Singapore.

The Tulchan senior team will be joining Teneo as part of the transaction, bringing expertise in media, investment banking, government and industry. They will join Teneo’s strategy and communications team in London and Singapore, reporting to UK CEO Nick Claydon and strategy and communications CEO Lauren Chung.

Following the acquisition’s completion, Tulchan founder and senior partner, Andrew Grant, will become chair of Teneo’s strategy and communications business. Andrew Feldman, Tulchan’s managing partner, will become vice chair. The pair will work in partnership with Teneo’s global team, across areas such as financial advisory, management consulting, risk advisory and people advisory.

This marks the latest in a series of acquisitions by Teneo. In 2021, Teneo also acquired advisory firm Societer.
