The Institute of Business Ethics has named Flora Page KC as chair of its Board of Trustees, effective 2 July.

Flora Page KC succeeds Professor David Grayson CBE after six years in the role.

A barrister with expertise in corporate and financial crime, Page has held roles at Clifford Chance, the FCA and the Law Commission. She is currently involved in the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry and serves on the Legal Services Board.
