PLMR has appointed Rebecca Langton as head of planning and built environment, enhancing its planning expertise and Midlands presence.

Langton brings over a decade of experience in local government and advisory roles, including with Nottingham City Council and Cavendish Consulting.

Based in Birmingham and Coventry, Langton will lead PLMR's planning practice nationwide, supporting clients like Barratt David Wilson Homes and Warwick University. Her appointment hopes to strengthen the agency's strategic communications in planning and development.
