BROADGATE AND MAINLAND TO MERGE
London-based independent financial and professional services PR firms Broadgate and Mainland are to merge.
The new firm, to be called Broadgate Mainland will be based in Broadgate’s existing offices. On paper it seems a logical fit – Broadgate have a stronger representation in the institutional arena, whereas Mainland’s expertise has been more retail.
Roland Cross, who founded Broadgate in 1994 and will take charge of the new firm said, "Last year Broadgate implemented a new business plan which resulted in key hires of senior industry experts across alternatives, digital and financial technology and this merger is the next stage continuing our development."
