DUPONT "BRINGS BRAND TO LIFE" AHEAD OF ACQUISITION

Ahead of its acquisition by Celanese Corporation, DuPont partnered with Bright Space Communications to launch a final "memorable" campaign.

DuPont’s Mobility and Materials business exhibited a final campaign ahead of its acquisition, finalised early this month, by global chemical specialist Celanese Corporation. The campaign intended to "bring the brand to life" and was presented at the main trade fair, the K Show, in October.

Designed by creative consultancy Bright Space Communications, the five-month social media campaign sought to promote the theme of "creating sustainable solutions to transform industries and improve lives through material science", culminating in an immersive exhibition at the K Show.

The campaign’s results have seen a 21% increase in LinkedIn followers between Q2 and Q3, with its video specifically receiving over 35,000 views, over 200 likes and 20 reposts within a week.

DuPont global communications lead, Matt Defosse, says: “It has been important for us to develop a campaign with the Bright Space team that is impactful, memorable and engaging."
