The Employer Brand Management Awards shines a spotlight on the companies showing a strong commitment to achieving the best for both current and prospective employees, and building a reputation as highly desirable employer.

The Employer Brand Management Awards is open for its 2023 programme, looking for organisations that have perfected their employer brand. 

Establishing a reputation as a desirable employer is crucial, but no mean feat: the awards will recognise and celebrate the time and efforts companies have invested in connecting with potential employees. A strong reputation not only appeals to new talent, but impacts all faces of the businesses, such as the market perception and consumer interest; excellence in this area deserves to be rewarded.

Previous winners include the likes of Currys, EQRx, Screwfix, Sky and 2022 Grand Prix award-winner Maersk. Our roll-call of winners have set the benchmark for the expert crafting of their employer brand and reputation with an eye to prioritising the attraction, retention and engagement of employees.

With 20 categories to choose from, including ‘best in sector’, now is the time to show what makes your employer brand unique. The Employer Brand Management Awards welcomes entries from any private sector company, public sector organisation, creative agency or individual who has helped develop or apply a successful employer brand.
