EMPLOYER BRAND MANAGEMENT AWARDS 2022 ANNOUNCED

Since its launch in 2016, the Employer Brand Management Awards is recognised as the must-win awards programme for any organisation keen to benchmark its employer brand activity.

The Employer Brand Management Awards 2022 shortlist has been announced and can be found below.

This year's entries were reviewed by a panel of expert judges to select the most impressive and successful employer brands and campaigns over the past 18 months.

Considered the beating heart of many organisations, employer brand is critical to attracting and keeping talent. In the wake of the pandemic, strong employer brand has proven to be powerful in supporting each other through new challenges. 

“This is the biggest year for the Employer Brand Management Awards, up 9% on entries from last year. The calibre of entry just gets stronger too,” says Andrew Thomas, Communicate Magazine publisher and founder of Employer Brand Management Awards.

“Talent attraction and retention are some of the biggest challenges facing companies right now and, judging by the evidence of this year’s entries, companies are certainly rising to those challenges.”

With 20 categories to choose from, plus our ‘best in sector’, the shortlist champions excellence across a diversity of sectors, channels, and strategies. Last year’s winners include The Good Care Group and Creed Comms for the prestigious ‘Grand Prix’ award, and William Hill and WPA Pinfold received a gold for ‘Best employee experience’.
