Increasingly across the business landscape, employer branding sits at the heart of the development of company strategy. The Employer Brand Management Awards returns to celebrate those promoting positive internal cultures.

As brands continue to look beyond the horizons of audience and consumer patterns, many have now have turned to internal reflection, curating unique and valuable employer brand positions.

The 2023 Employer Brand Management Awards saw a host of sectors celebrate successful employer brand projects, with Gold winners including the Met Police and Tonic for ‘Best use of digital’ on its video campaign launched to attract a more diverse group of potential officers. Sky and Symphony Talent also won a Gold award for ‘Best employer brand management event’, for a two-day exhibition designed to act as a communications touchpoint about Sky's employer brand.

For its 2024 programme, the Employer Brand Management Awards features a comprehensive consideration of the employer brand environment. From categories such as ‘Best communication of the employer brand to the external audience,’ to ‘Best use of data’, the awards take a fresh look at the varied mechanisms of employer branding.

The awards will be judged by a panel of judges from in-house roles working in the areas relevant to employer brand management. Previous judges joined the panel from Aviva, Deloitte, Bupa, Sage, the BBC and other organisations.
