The Internal Communications and Engagement Awards 2025 is open for entries. This awards programme celebrates the pioneering work taking place within the corporate communications sector.
Communicate magazine’s Internal Communications and Engagement Awards is now open for entries for a seventh year, celebrating the power of internal communications, bringing well-deserved recognition to the fresh ideas and innovative work emerging from the sector.
An industry that often seems to be whiling away subtly behind-the-scenes, and which frequently comprises of smaller teams, the internal communications function hums in the background of many organisations, becoming most conspicuous at times of uncertainty or crisis. And yet, it is corporate communications that weaves the fabric of an organisation together, upholding values and connecting stakeholders across disciplines. Internal communications departments are a hub of creativity, conjuring innovative campaigns that deliver tangible change.
The Internal Communications and Engagement Awards shines the spotlight on those doing especially pioneering work in this field. Projects and campaigns will be judged by a panel of leading internal communications experts, selected from across the industry, against criteria relevant to the respective categories.
New categories for 2025 include 'Best communications campaign to assist the onboarding process,' 'Best engagement of a disparate or remote workforce' and 'Best use of employee-generated content.'
Now open for submissions, the awards programme welcomes entries from in-house internal communications teams and communications agencies that have designed and delivered corporate communications strategies. The entry deadline is 17 January 2025. However, you can enter to the early entry deadline, 1 November 2024, to receive £100 off your total entry cost, or £150 off and your fifth entry for free if you subscribe to Communicate magazine.
