Give us a brief overview of your agency. What sets you apart in the corporate video space?

We create TV commercials, branded content and corporate video. Everything should blend insight and artistry and our driving force is simply to do work that we're proud of. But most companies begin life in some form of niche but we've always been very broad spectrum, which means we've got a very wide range of experience and portfolio to choose from and cross pollinating that experience works really well.

Tell us about a recent project you are particularly proud of.

We created a film for for MTR Elizabeth Line's Celebrating You Awards. The brief and the team made it clear that they were looking for something really special, but also had some pretty tight creative constraints, having to include a lot of their network, different departments, from drivers to station staff, control staff, gateline staff and HQ staff too.

Our premise involved a race across London, collecting the category envelopes from different staff members in different places. The increasing tempo of the music gave it a real sense of urgency. But as the film drew to a close the 'runner' in the film collecting the envelopes arrived at the hotel where the awards were taking place. At the right moment in the film, the same runner sprinted into the ceremony holding those envelopes. Integrating the film into the evening worked perfectly.

Looking ahead, what do you see as the biggest trends in corporate video over the next few years?

It's hard to avoid AI in this context. We're leaning hard into the human element at the moment whilst getting to grips with AI too. It's already a tired and tedious subject on LinkedIn but there's some genuinely fascinating stuff going on. What Hollywood does with it will have the biggest impact on the rest of the industry. I think crew numbers will reduce significantly over the next decade, which means knock on effects elsewhere in the industry with kit houses having a smaller client base etc.

Any predictions, objectives and plans for the upcoming 6-12 months?

We've got something that's not really a change in direction but two separate bolt ons to what what we're doing at the moment. But I can't share more than that I'm afraid.
