FIRSTCOMM LAUNCHES ASCENDONE UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS PLATFORM
FirstComm has launched AscendOne, a unified communications platform that combines voice, messaging, meetings, contact centre functionality and embedded AI tools in a single system.
FirstComm's AscendOne platform is designed to replace fragmented communications tools and legacy phone systems, enabling organisations to manage internal and customer communications through one interface.
AscendOne is built on Intermedia Intelligent Communications’ cloud platform, which provides the underlying unified communications, contact centre and AI capabilities.
The platform includes AI features such as meeting summaries, voicemail transcription, interaction analytics and real-time coaching for contact centre teams, without additional usage-based charges.
The platform also supports Microsoft Teams, adding enterprise calling and contact centre functionality without the need for separate Teams Phone licences.
