FEMALE-FOUNDED AGENCY NOTABLE EXPANDS WITH THIRD PARTNER

Notable today announced that Tiffany Winter has been named its third female partner. In her new role, Winter will drive growth and broaden Notable’s offering across the entire brand experience. Her appointment takes effect in early September.

Winter joins Notable from Mindshare New York, where she served as vice-president of the award-winning content group. Her hire is a major coup for Notable, an agency that creates ‘brands of note’ and is known for its unique insight into the female consumer. The trio of Laura Tan, Clare Styles and Winter gives Notable a fully rounded skill-set taking brands from creation, to launch, to long-term growth. It also bolsters Notable’s rare position as one of very few female-run creative agencies.

“When Laura and I first founded Notable we set out to do the most creative, notable work we could,” says Styles. “Along the way, we realised that a female perspective is extremely rare and valuable when creating brands and transforming businesses. It’s shocking to me that only 0.1% of creative agencies are founded by women.”

Tan adds, “Having known Tiffany since the very start of my career, we could not have found a more perfect fit for the Notable ethos and offering. Tiffany’s expertise in content and digital will add a new dimension to our offer and enable us to not only build but sustain brands of note. That fact that Tiffany is also a woman further strengthens our speciality in creating brands that resonate with the modern female consumer."

Winter has over 14 years of expertise in helping brands tackle the content space, from strategy through to execution, across channels and platforms. She has client-experience across the board – from Unilever and American Express to the world of luxury with Jaguar Land Rover and Forevermark Diamonds, and the Museum of Modern Art.

“I’ve been watching Notable flourish from across the pond and when I heard Clare and Laura’s vision for the company, I knew instantly that I wanted to be a part of it,” says Winter. “We all share a passion for creating leading brands with ambitious companies and for changing the ratio when it comes to seeing more female leaders in our industry.”

Notable has a particular expertise in working with brands who are seeking to engage with women; be that heritage brands who have traditionally been perceived as ‘masculine’ or brands whose audience is exclusively female.
