Real estate communications agency Innesco Ltd has acquired Grenadier Communications, as it looks to strengthen its corporate and financial communications offering.

Real estate communications agency Innesco Ltd has acquired Grenadier Communications, a PR consultancy specialising in property with clients predominantly in the financial sector, this month. Innesco expects the move to strengthen its corporate and financial expertise. 

Founded by Dan Innes in 2009, Innesco’s early clients include Landsec (projects Trinity Leeds and White Rose Leeds) and The Wellcome Trust (South Kensington Estate). The company now operates across 19 countries.

Grenadier, based in London and Cardiff, was founded by Simon Stretch in 2013.

Stretch joins Innesco as director, bringing experience across corporate, mixed-use, retail, residential and leisure real estate. He will work alongside former colleague Andrew Jefford, now account director at Innesco.

“Having collaborated with Innesco over a number of years, this is a natural and exciting progression,” Stretch says. “The combined businesses offer strength and depth across the entire spectrum of real estate communications and, collectively, represent some of the best brands in the sector.
