Amid a trend in rising bankruptcies, Essex law firm adds Charlotte Burkert to its insolvency team.

Charlotte Burkert is joining Essex law firm, Birkett Long, as solicitor for the dispute resolution department, expanding the insolvency team.

Companies are finding themselves in need of insolvency support more now than years prior with increased bankruptcies, according to UK Government findings. With Burkert now on board, Birkett Long hopes to provide more support to the industry.

Burkert initially joined Birkett Long in 2019 in the commercial and corporate department. She fostered skills in contractual dispute resolution and director/shareholder management before qualifying as a solicitor this year.
